Please note:

• I am required to adhere to certain timings for clinics, however if there is a time that would be more suitable for you and you cannot find it on the online booking slot, please don't hesitate to contact me and I would be happy to find space for you.

• Due to daily/weekly changes in my booking slots, I may be required to change your appointment time at short notice, however I will contact you in as much time as possible. 

• I am based at different clinics throughout the week, please take note of the clinic you are booking into when choosing your appointment. 

• I also do home visits on request, please ask for further details. An additional £10.00 payment will be added to for home visits to cover travel costs.
