ABOUT ME
Greetings! My name is Elizabeth, however I am known as Lizzy. I qualified as a Bsc Hons Integrated Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist in 2012. Since then, my passion extended to exercise health, completing a Level 3 Personal Training and Fitness Pilates qualification. Within both practices, I saw a variety of musculoskeletal injuries, which extended my interest to Physical Therapy. To specialise in injury rehabilitation, I completed an Msc in Sports Therapy which enables me to assess, diagnose and treat those with injuries obtained from sports, occupation or hobby.
With over 10 years of hands-on experience in my field, I have honed my skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results. My extensive practice allows me to navigate challenges effectively and provide valuable insights. I am committed to continuous growth and ensuring that my clients receive the highest quality of service.
'With a caring disposition, I have always been interested in improving health and wellbeing for others' to create happier, healthier lifestyles. Acupuncture has been really helpful to improve my overall wellbeing by alleviating stress, anxiety, digestive issues and hormone imbalances. I am passionate about my combined practice of acupuncture and injury rehabilitation, and it's an absolute pleasure to help those in need and observe my clients meet their health needs.
With a particular interest in the study of the mind, I am able to offer advice on techniques to incorporate into your lifestyle to reduce stress and anxiety.
Exercise is also important to me, my preferred sport is swimming and I also like to dabble in other healthy practices such as yoga and racket sports.
I offer a warm and welcoming practice where everyone feels safe and valued. My goal is to create an inviting space that fosters trust and comfort, allowing you to share your thoughts and experiences freely. You are always welcome here, and I am committed to supporting you on your journey.'
